Agreement

By accessing the Flare website, joining the waitlist, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Waitlist & early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Flare or any particular launch date. We may offer early access in waves and may change rollout timing at our discretion. Waitlist membership is free unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Flare for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Harass, impersonate, or mislead other users or Flare staff
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer our services
• Submit false or misleading waitlist information

Community & challenges

Flare encourages real-world participation. You are responsible for your own safety and judgment when completing challenges. Flare provides prompts — not instructions to take unnecessary risks. Participate at your own discretion.

Content you share

If you submit photos, proof, or other content through Flare, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use that content to operate and promote the service, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit.

Rewards & points

Flare Points, badges, rewards, and community experiences may change before or after launch. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue reward programs at any time.

Disclaimer

Flare is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
